The BHR series vacuum booster pump combines into one unit various desirable features typically found in competitive Roots pumps available in local and international markets. These in-house developed Roots boosters run very quietly and come in various models, including BHR50, BHR65V, BHR80V, BHR100V, BHR125V, BHR150V, BHR175V, BHR200V, BHR225, BHR250V, and BHR300V.
Features of Roots Vacuum Pump
1. BHR series Roots vacuum pumps have the same construction with BHR series Roots blowers.
2. Fast startup while saving power
3. Roots vacuum pump maintains a relatively large pumping speed over a wide range of working pressure, able to quickly pump away any abrupt release of gas in the vacuum chamber.
4. Rotors are symmetrical and without unwanted vibration during rotation. The small gap that is left between the lobes as well as between the lobes and the casing is enough to ensure no rotating parts physically touch one another. Therefore, no lubrication is needed as there is no friction loss which in turn saves power.
5. No oil seal or lubrication is needed inside the pumping chamber, thus causing no pollution to the vacuum environment.
6. Unlike the Roots blower, the Roots vacuum pump does not compress the air, which means there is no need to add a discharge valve.
7. Compact and simple in construction, the oil-free vacuum pump is impervious to dust and steam.
