Characteristics:
1. The semi-automatic rotary die cutter is equipped with a chain feeding system, allowing it to complete several processes, including slotting, corner cutting, paper separating, trace pressing, perforating, and scrap cleaning. It is especially suited for processing specially shaped cartons.
2. The gear undergoes a high frequency heat treatment, surface hardening and grinding to ensure the quality. The automatic lubrication of the gear significantly improves the operation accuracy and extends the die cutter’s service life.
3. The die cutting phase is adjusted using a planetary gear, making it fast, convenient, and accurate.
4. The roller is made of high quality steel. It is quenched and tempered with a hard chrome plating and equalization treatment surface to increase the stability of the operation.
5. The Ostin die cutting pad is quick and easy to install and change. The die cutting edge is smooth. The service life is up to 12 million operation cycles, significantly reducing operation costs.
6. The pad roller automatically moves laterally at a distance of 42mm. It is equipped with an automatic pad repair device to prolong the service life.
7. With the velocity aberration compensation device, the operator does not need to adjust the speed of the roller. The device ensures that each carton has the exact same dimensions, every time.
