Application
Three dry type transformer is used to change voltage in the power transmission and distribution system, which is widely applied to hotel and restaurants, airports, high buildings, business center, residence community and other similar places. Additionally, this type of power transformer is also used in subway, smelting factory, power plant, steamship, marine drilling platform and other severe places.

Feature
1. According to the difference of insulating material, we provide two kinds of dry type transformers: resin insulating dry type transformer, dielectric filler dry type transformer.
2. The coil of dry type transformer is encapsulated with epoxy resin, which has an obvious advantage on the fire-proof and explosion-proof.
3. We reduce the thickness of resin encapsulated in coil to enhance heat-sinking capability of coil, which can provide longer service life.
4. In order to strengthen mechanical strength of coil, the coil adopts glass fibre, which can also enhance the ability of anti-short circuit of transformer.
5. High voltage transformer's coil adopts vacuum filling craft process to reduce partial discharge quantity and enhance electric strength, which can keep long-time running with forced air cooling conditions at 140% rated load.
6. Our transformer is equipped with intelligent temperature controller with the function of failure warning and power off protection for overheating. Besides, through the connection of RS485 communication interface and computer, it can realize centralized monitoring and controlling.
