Applications
This slitter rewinder is designed for converting various coreless rolls of fax paper, POS paper, billing paper, medical recording paper, sticker paper and other thermal paper into smaller size rolls.
- The slitter rewinder comes with advanced PLC control system with touch screen, and servo motor for accurate control. All parameters can be easily set on the touch screen. Automatic material feeding is adopted for the unwinding section, and the tension is controlled by the PLC control system;
- Automatic loading by chain & sprocket, all drive shafts are dynamically balanced, supporting the products with or without cores;
- Automatically complete the steps of paper insertion, paper delivery, core feeding, roll change, paper cutting, and gluing, without any manual operation;
