The horizontal CNC V grooving machine carries out V grooving in a precise manner on large metal plates, including stainless steel thin plates, aluminum plates, composite aluminum plates, copper plates and more. The bending area edge after bending has a small radius, allowing these plates to be widely used for building decoration purposes.

Features

We designed framework structures for the machine base and beam to have a high toughness and low long term deformation.
The machine is fixed in place; however, the gear, rack, and drive beam are all movable with different speeds to ensure the cutting process is stable and offers a high surface finish.
This machine belongs to the three axis CNC processing machine family with a large available plate size and a high positioning precision.
Using a hydraulic press instead of side and end press devices, pressure on the metal plates is adjustable.
A numerical control system from Delta Greentech in China displays real time production processes and stores procedural data.
Using an automatic program, this equipment features both an alarm and diagnostic system.
