At Sanhe, as a specialized AAC plant solution provider, we supply moulds and machinery needed for the production of autoclaved aerated concrete blocks. The moulds for the lightweight, foamed concrete casting are composed of frame and side plate. The frame is removable. As cutting starts, the frame is removed only leaving the side plate to support the fresh block. The concrete mold part is engineered from structural steel and steel plate by welding, featured by excellent rigidity and less prone to deformation after entering the autoclave.
