Semi-Automatic Slotter
The semi-automatic slotter, similar with the automatic one, is a kind of carton production line equipment used for corrugated cardboard slotting, creasing and corner cutting. It is an indispensable device for carton box plant.
Features
1. The semi-automatic carton slotting machine adopts semi-automatic chain feeder to feed paperboard.
2. Double positioning function can assure precise paperboard feeding.
3. All rollers are processed by ground and chromed treatment.
4. Due to centralized oiling, the gear comes with low noise and stable running.
5. The semi-automatic slotter features planetary transmission and electrical phase positioning.
6. Four slotting knives are ganged.
7. Optional automatic counting system can accurately control production speed.
8. The four-knife slotter is available in four-shaft or six-shaft.
9. The slotter is equipped with lighting system.
