Application
YGL-100A hydraulic crawler drilling rig comes with a hydraulic power head (top drive) and is multifunctional. It can be applied for drilling of large tonnage pre-stressed anchorage holes in areas like hydropower station, railway and highway construction, and construction of drainage holes. The drilling rig is also an ideal piece of equipment for subgrade strengthening, thus preventing landslide disaster and rock collapse as well as other geological calamities.

1. With large rotary torque and long feed travel, the hydraulic drilling rig comes with high hole drilling speed and high working efficiency.
2. The output spindle of the power head is designed with an extension mechanism (Chinese patent number: ZL03222451.6), which effectively protects the drilling tools.
3. The power head of the drilling rig utilizes hydraulic gear-shifting mechanism which ensures quick, convenient and reliable gear-shift.
4. Features such as our hydraulic drill pipe clamp and wrench devices ease the workload of operators, as they are designed to accomplish tasks that typically had to be done manually.
5. The hydraulic crawler drilling rig is mounted on a track chassis with a turning platform mechanism, which makes moving and traveling convenient.
