The automatic vertical liquid and paste filling sealing machine is capable to pack 0.2-5 kg products, with adjustable bag size. Different forming devices are available for different weights and packaging specifications. By applying a transfer pump, materials can be packed quantitatively under high temperature and free from bacteria contamination. Besides, functional optional devices are also provided for improving efficiency, such as cooling water tank, dryer, conveyor belt, etc.
Applications

Features
1. The vertical liquid and paste filling sealing machine provides multiple functions, including bagging, weigh adjusting, vacuum sealing, cutting and counting, etc.
2. Both machine frame and forming system are made from stainless steel, compliant with food hygiene standards.
3. The operation system adopts imported color touchscreen and is designed with an alarm device. When material and film is short, the system will automatically give an alarm and shut down the machine. The entire operation is user-friendly and maintenance is also convenient.
4. For paste packaging machine control, we introduce PLC system from Mitsubishi, which has stable properties and automatic detection function.
5. The material delivery pipe adopts imported 316 stainless steel pipe, realizing stable and smooth delivery. Pipes are connected by quick-install and easy-to-clean joints.
6. Undergoing long-term tests, the control program ensures the packaging error is 0.006, far lower than national standard.
7. The feed pump possesses a rigid body, high durability and high pressure, well suited for high-viscosity materials. U.S. imported pump and China stainless steel pump are available.
8. Electrical components are bought from international brands and have reliable quality.
9. The filling system doesn't; rotate and squeeze the material or destroy the material structure, posing no influences on material.
10. The liquid packaging machinery is capable to handle 1.5 tons of materials every hour and performs automatic filling and sealing above 85℃. High working efficiency and low production cost are guaranteed.
