Description
The FSD-W series of micro differential pressure controls (referred to henceforth as the controller) are widely used in air cooling and water cooling units, such as plate heat exchangers, double pipe heat interchangers, and shell and tube heat exchangers. The controller monitors the status of the water flow, as well as the water pump and filter, in order to ensure correct operation of the heat exchanger under normal operations. A micro differential pressure switch is an automatic controller. Installed on the water inlet and outlet of the heat exchanger, it senses the differential pressure of the water inlet and outlet. When the heat exchanger senses impurities or jams, from reasons such as ice, and the pressure difference increases and the pressure difference is larger than the set value, the controller disconnects from the circuit, so as to protect the heat exchanger. The controller can be installed in any heat exchanger pipe diameter, as the tube diameter does not have a size requirement, and is not affected by the flow interface characteristics.
