This semi-automatic pouch loader is designed to load foods into pouches before sterilization. The conveyor belt delivers the packaged products to the upper part of the empty sterilization pouch of the pouch loader, which allows the products to fall into the pouch. An operator can manually spread or arrange the products orderly in the pouch. A button controls the pouch-turning machine, which then transports the empty pouches through the manipulator. The loaded pouches are automatically stacked into a pile and manually pushed into the pot for sterilization.
