Spiral Plate Heat Exchanger

The spiral plate heat exchanger can be divided into non-removable (I Type) and removable models (II Type/ III Type).
I Type spiral heat exchanger is seal-welded on each side of the spiral channel, providing high tightness.
II Type spiral heat exchanger has the same structure of I Type one, but it features two removable covers at both sides for easy access and clean out, particularly suitable for heat transfer of viscous fluids.
III Type spiral heat exchanger has the same structure of I Type and II Type, but there is one removable cover on one side for easy clean out, suitable for a variety of applications.
- This spiral plate heat exchanger is built by rolling two long metal plates to form two concentric spiral flow passages, through which two types of heat transfer media can flow in opposite directions, greatly enhancing the effect of heat transfer.
- The heat exchanger is available in nominal pressure of 0.6, 1.0, 1.6 and 2.5Mpa, and materials of carbon steel and stainless steel to meet your actual application needs.
