The E21S CNC system of this hydraulic swing beam shear is an optimized version of the E20 Controller. Designed with a high-resolution LED display, this controlling device could display all the programming parameters in just one page, making it the programming much easier and faster. The multi-step programming function it provides enormously promotes the working efficiency and operation precision of this shearing machine tool. Its inbuilt unloading holding pressure control devices make it much easier to operate. The one-click data backup and restore function effectively protects data in emergent situations and reduces the maintenance costs. Moreover, equipped with quality electrical elements and Micro switches which have all been certified to the EMC, CE and other industrial certifications, this E21S CNC system enjoys highly stable performance and much longer service life.

Features of CNC Hydraulic Swing Beam Shearing Machine
1. This sheet metal shearing machine adopts an integrated welded steel rack which has gone the vibration stress relief treatment. Therefore, it enjoys high rigidity, operation precision and excellent precision retaining ability.
2. Adopting the hydraulic transmission and nitrogen return, this CNC hydraulic swing beam shear allows users to adjust the blade gap by only turning the hand wheel. The blade gap equals to the thickness of the plate which is shown on the form.
3. This CNC sheet metal cutter is equipped with a movable blade bearing and four-edge blades. This design could not make it convenient for users to adjust the blade gap, promoting the cutting precision, but also extend the blades’ service life.
4. The tandem cylinder synchronizing system of this CNC hydraulic shear could ensure uniform pressure on the machine tool.
