Eliminate the interference to RFID chip cause by liquid
The water will absorb the electromagnetic waves emitted by RFID chip, therefore the ordinary RFID labels could not be attached directly to the products with high content of water or its performance will be influenced. Due to the deep understanding in RFID labels and its structure, we could eliminate the influence on RFID chip cause by liquid totally by our design, like covering the labels with magnetic sheet or change design of antenna.
Perfectly suitable package
Different from flag tag, the RFID liquid labels is all covered with glue, which could attached directly to the surface of beverage bottle and mix with the package without affecting its package appearance.
It's worth to mention that we are planning to cooperate with flexible package producer, place the RFID liquid labels inside the flexible package material during producing it, then there is no need for attaching it to product, which could improve efficiency and save cost.
Widely-used
We usually adopt PP synthetic paper or PET material as surface paper to make liquid labels, the glue adopt the double sided tape, which make the labels have good waterproof and oil-proof performance and good resistance in high temperatures or low temperatures.
