Roller Bed
The roller bed is installed between the gypsum board forming belt and cutting machine. It is driven by a variable frequency motor, and uses chains to drive the rollers for rotation.
Protective cover is available on the drive side, providing the roller conveyor with enhanced safety.
The rollers for the conveying system are typically fabricated from chrome plated carbon steel. Upon request, we can also supply stainless steel or rubber coated carbon steel rollers.
The chrome plating thickness is up to 0.05mm. The shaft ends are precision ground. The maximum bouncing of rollers is 0.4mm. These make sure the roller bed can deliver gypsum boards smoothly and efficiently. A complete range of safety protection designs ensures maximized safety and minimized noise.
