TDSJ-B3 diamond concrete wire cutting is especially designed for cutting extremely thick and heavily reinforced concrete or irregular and complex concrete such as bridge's cap beam, box beam, support beam, high speed rail bridge pier, equipment foundations, underwater concrete cutting and so on. Additionally, it is not restricted with cutting depth and has higher working efficiency and is also more applicable for all kinds of environment compared with hydraulic wall sawing machine. Therefore, wire sawing can be provided as a supplemental equipment of hydraulic wall cutting machine, which is widely used in demolition company. 1. Guide wheel adopts magnesium alloy material and the weight of it is approximately one third of iron's. The guide wheels are fastened up and down with good sealing and waterproofing performance.

2. The bearing of wire sawing adopts high speed double raw angular contact ball bearing, which increases the width of bearing to enlarge area of thrust surface ensuring more stable and safe operation with higher service life

3. Machine walking plate is installed with disassemble wrench for the convenience for dismounting, which can adjust eccentric shaft to press tracks and ensure compact connection between plate and tracks.

4. Wire guiding device can move flexibly to adjust cutting angle and also can prevent falling off of wire when stopping.

5. The walking type of plat adopts double gear engagement ensuring cutting precision. The shaft of several guide wheels adopts square head connection, which has the advantage of easy dismounting and securing connection.

6. Horizontal bar, driving wheel and track are all clamped with four anchor ears structure and four bolts, which is more secure. The rear end of driving guide wheels is installed with bearing and support frame, which is beneficial for more stable operation and driving. The type of wire cutting adopts movable type double driving and also has very long wire storage capacity.
