LNG/cryogenic marine loading arm can be installed on either jetty or tanker vessel for loading or unloading cryogenic liquids. The loading arm adopts rigid connection and has an emergency release coupling (ERC) on each of liquid phase arm and gaseous phase arm, protecting bunkering operation from spillage when ships depart the port accidentally.

Features

Optimized design of flow capacity, resulting in minimum pressure drop;
Cable & wheel counterweight balancing system enables the loading arm to be balanced in any motion within the working envelope while lowering the height of the center of gravity thereby improving the stability;
Independent supporting structure means that the piping system and supporting system are mutually independent, and large-diameter slewing ring bearing is utilized to absorb all forces associated with structural mass, wind load and moment load;
Electro-hydraulic control system permits easy operation from the ship via remote control; the control system and hydraulic power unit are thoroughly tested through debugging and integration testing before delivery;
The Emergency Release System (ERS) ensures safe disconnection of the marine loading arm before the ship gets out of reach;
Quick Connect / Disconnect Coupler (QCDC) allows a quick connection between the marine loading arm and the ship; Manual QCDC or Hydraulic QCDC is available as per customer request; When transferring cryogenic, corrosive and toxic fluids, the hydraulic QCDC is recommended;
The position monitoring system with visible and audio alarm, allowing operator to ensure the marine loading arm within its defined working envelope;
Configured with locking mechanism, allowing the loading arm to be in a locked condition when it is not working;
