The hydraulic power unit we designed is used to supply power for winch used in pipe laying ship. We use different components to assemble the hydraulic system according to customers' needs and we also can help customers for ABS or CCS certification application.
Because the winch usually is used to hoist heavy loads and hydraulic system may help winch to get high power rapidly during a short time, the safety and stability of hydraulic system are the most important factor to take into account. We all know that 70% hydraulic system faults occur because of impurities, such as iron filings, welding slag and rusts. In order to keep hydraulic system clean, we insist on deburring and removing welding slag in hydraulic manifolds, pipes and joints during manufacturing process.
