Hydraulic power unit is usually used in the offshore oil platform.
Every jack-up leg of the offshore oil platform has a hydraulic power unit which can supply power for lifting and arresting of jack-up legs. These hydraulic systems can work separately or synchronously. Successsun can provide customers with custom hydraulic power units for offshore oil platforms.
Our oil platform hydraulic power unit consists of two oil pumps, one hydraulic power unit and one motor. Every oil platform hydraulic power unit can drive 12 motors and every motor can drive one gearbox. When it comes to manufacture hydraulic system, ensuring clean interior of hydraulic system is primary. After assembly, we will use the testing station with on-line filtering system to test the cleanliness of oil and prevent hydraulic oil from being polluted by welding slag and sweeps when using the hydraulic system.
