Cross Conveyor (for Dry Board)
The cross conveyor for dry gypsum boards conveying purpose integrates both roller conveyor and belt conveyor. The roller conveyor has elevating function.
The cross conveyor is mainly used to horizontally transfer the dry plasterboards to the next step. When the downstream machines are in trouble, it will carry the gypsum boards to the roller transfer conveyor.
The conveying equipment has a stable and firm structure. The baffles are adjustable, and come with scaleplate to allow for convenient adjustment. The roller conveyor for gypsum board feeding purpose is driven by a synchronous belt, and has high speed and high accuracy. The surface roughness of the rollers is not higher than 0.3mm, which ensures smooth and stable transferring of gypsum boards.
