Cross Conveyor (for Wet Board)
The cross conveyor is installed between the timing belt conveyor and approaching roller conveyor. It serves to turnover a single or multiple gypsum boards, and then delivers the board in pairs to the dryer.
Rollers of the conveying machine are driven by a synchronous belt. The drive system is protected by a protective cover.
The turnover mechanism is driven by an external brake motor which is convenient for maintenance.
Using three sections of belt conveyor, the cross conveyor allows for simple adjustment of the gap between two gypsum boards. With the demand for foundation pit construction, the equipment installation is convenient and the installation cost is largely reduced.
The roller beds for gypsum board feeding and outputting purposes are driven by synchronous belt which delivers accurate speed and low noise.
