Product Types
Gear Shafts and Large Gears

These products are integral to various industrial reducers. They demand high load-bearing capacity, smooth transmission, and low noise levels. Currently, gears for industrial reducers predominantly utilize gear grinding processes, which significantly enhance product quality. Depending on the product's application, materials like 20CrMnTi and 20CrMnMo (low carbon alloy steels) are typically selected. These undergo carburizing and quenching heat treatment, achieving a tooth surface hardness of HRC58-62 for superior wear resistance.

Gear Shafts
Large Gears
Oil Pump Gears

Products for high-precision oil pumps have unique requirements. Oil pump gears demand very small or no tooth chamfering to ensure sufficient oil inflow and outflow during operation. Furthermore, extremely high precision and surface roughness are critical to minimize temperature variations caused by high-speed operation, which could otherwise affect oil volume.
Oil pump gears operate under demanding conditions, so materials like 18CrNiMo7-6, 17CrNiMo6, and 20Cr2Ni4A are typically chosen for their superior performance and enhanced impact resistance. The tooth surface hardness can reach HRC58-62.

Gear shafts come in various types, including coupler gear shafts, eccentric shafts, keyed shafts, and splined shafts.

Absolutely! Kean specializes in providing high-precision gear transmission components, and the majority of our products are non-standard custom items. We can manufacture according to your provided drawings or through reverse engineering from physical samples.

Yes, we certainly do. Kean boasts extensive processing capabilities, equipped with globally top-tier gear processing and inspection machinery. Beyond standard grinding functions (internal/external straight teeth, internal/external involute splines, rectangular splines, internal/external triangular splines, internal/external helical gears, and herringbone gears), we can also provide specialized tooth surface grinding services based on customer requirements. This includes features like small relief grinding, internal tooth grinding, internal spline grinding, and small external spline grinding for exceptional precision.
