Permanent Lifting Magnets
- Permanent lifting magnets are used for securely handling and transporting magnetic objects and work pieces during lifting operations. From steel plates and round bars to smooth mechanical components and molds, these magnets enable precise and effortless transportation without the need for external power.
- Exclusively designed for vertical lifting applications, they offer significant economic advantages by reducing manual effort and saving valuable working hours. While ideal for material storage and loading or unloading operations, it is important to note that they are not suited for lifting scrap metal, iron filings, or fragments.

Working Principle
Permanent lifting magnets operate based on Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction. They incorporate high-performance Nd-Fe-B magnetic material as the internal magnetic source to generate strong magnetic forces within the magnetic circuit. The magnets can be activated or deactivated by flipping a handle, altering the magnetic flux lines to switch between operational and off states.
This energy-efficient and safe lifting solution eliminates the need for external power, making it highly reliable. When in operation, the magnet’s bottom surface acts as a lifting interface with longitudinal magnetic poles, securely gripping ferromagnetic materials. The inclusion of a V-shaped groove enables the lifting of both flat and cylindrical workpieces. However, the performance of the magnet depends on strict requirements related to the thickness and surface area of the workpiece.
