By adopting screw compressor, these air-cooled chillers offer 20%-30% higher efficiency than those chillers using common compressors. Besides, the screw compressors have a simple structure, fewer moving parts and wear parts, ensuring less noise and more reliable operation. Stepless variable-speed control can be achieved within a range of 10%-100%, improving energy efficiency.

Printing
In the printing industry, water chillers are critical due to its capability to remove the heat generated during printing operations. For example, toner printing uses heat to fuse toner to paper, and UV ink printing needs to cure the ink by means of UV light which generates a considerable amount of heat. These industrial chillers can not only remove the heat generated by the friction of the printing rollers, but also help cooling the paper when it comes out of the drying oven. Printing chillers will protect both machines and products from overheating.
