Polyamide Plate Based Flat Belt
Polyamide plate based flat belts are high-speed flat belts constructed with nylon core (polyamide) and covered with nitrile butadiene rubber (NBR), leather and fiber cloth. The thickness of our polyamide flat belts is available in a range of 0.8-6mm.
Features
In comparison with conventional canvas transmission belts and V-belts, polyamide flat belts are featured by strong tensile force, low noise level, high efficiency, good resistance to fatigue, abrasion and bending, as well as long lifespan.
Applications
Polyamide plate based flat belts are ideally used in equipment having compact transmission mechanism, high line speed and large speed ratio, such as cigarette rolling machines, paper machinery, textile machinery, SMT equipment, PCB conveyors and handling equipment, etc.
