2MCPSeries Two-Stage Centrifugal Pump
The 2MCP series two-stage centrifugal pumpis designed according to ISO 2858 and JB/T53058-93 standards, and it is ahighly efficient and energy-saving multi-stagecentrifugal pump.
Feature
1. Steady Running
The pump shaft exhibitsgood concentricity, and the impeller has excellent dynamic and static balancingproperties. Thus, our horizontal centrifugal pump is able to work steadily without any vibration.
2. Leak Free Performance
Mechanical seal isrealized with the help of different types ofhigh quality alloy, so liquid leakage is completely avoided.
3. Low Noise
Our inline centrifugal pump is supported by two low-noise bearings. Hence, no noise will be generatedduring operation, except for some slight sound created by the motor.
4. Low Failure Rate
This two-stage centrifugal pump has a simple yet reasonable structure, and its keycomponents are supplied by world-famous manufacturers. Accordingly, the meantime between failures (MTBF) is prolonged to a large extent.
5. Easy Maintenance
It is veryconvenient to replace the bearing and seal.
6. Small Floor Area
The discharge port could be adjusted to left, right or upwarddirection, and this enables our clear watercentrifugal pump to be installed on pipeline system easily, saving a lotof space.
Operating Condition
1. Ambient temperature: Up to 40°C
2. Liquid temperature: Up to 60°C
