Application
The DC reactor can reduce current impulse in DC circuits, secure the consistency of current when inductance reaches a certain value, curb total harmonic distortion in current caused by capacitor harmonics, and prevent rectifier bridge damage and capacitor overheating caused by impulse current. Besides the reactor is capable of enhancing power factor, lowering alternating current pulse in DC bus and constraining transient change of voltage in power grids.

Typical applications of the DC reactor include inverters, servo motors and rectifier bridges in charging piles.

Feature
1. The DC reactor adopts a scaffolding-free technique in construction, and uses heat-resisting insulation material to ensure the high heat endurance level of the product. The DC reactor is available with heat resistance level of F and H.
2. Aided by TIG welding, the reactor enjoys low noise, small magnetic leakage and stable inductance.
3. The coils of the DC reactor is constructed with foil winding techniques to achieve superior electromagnetic endurance.
4. The iron core of the device is manufactured with high quality, low loss grain-oriented silicon steel, resulting in high reliability, small size and light weight of the reactor.
