The glass-lined reactor is a container constructed with high-quality carbon steel as the base and lined with a special silicate glass layer, fused at nearly 800°C. This design combines the mechanical strength of a steel vessel with superior corrosion resistance, offering durability under specific media and temperature conditions. Its corrosion-resistant properties surpass those of stainless steel, engineered plastics, and alloy steel, making it an essential equipment for processes such as hydrolysis, neutralization, crystallization, distillation, evaporation, and storage.
