The superluminescent diode moduleproduces laser with different wavelengths, which are 850nm, 1310nm and 1550nmwith the spectral width ranging from 40nm to 50nm. We also provide differenttransmission rates, that is, 1.25Gbps, 2.5Gbps, 4.25Gbps, 6Gbps and 10Gbps foroption.Users can select suitable product to achieve ideal communication rate. Also,the output connections we offer are FC/APC or FC/PC.
Equipped withthermoelectric cooler, our diode module has excellent temperature control. Andusers can stabilize the wavelength of our laser diode by accurately control thetemperature. Furthermore, it adopts 8-pin or 14-pin to achieve cooling package,and features in good heat dissipation, air-tightness and low EMI.
