JC-Hydraulic tire manipulator is designed for tire assembly and disassembly of large mining and construction vehicles. The handler can be used to assemble, dismantle or rotate huge tires and has a function of side shift. Our company’s standard or non-standard manipulator can be chosen from to work with customers’ loaders or forklifts to meet their various operation demands. A normal manipulator can accommodate up to 11,340kg -weighing tires of heavy-duty mining trucks easily.

Features

The tire manipulator has a collection of options to connect loaders or forklifts. The options can be connected with the standard port of loaders while the option installation of forklifts is more flexible;

The clamping device can rotate 0-120° or 0-360° according to the manipulator’s model and application;

The manipulator can rotate 0-350° or 0-390° around the installation port base, securing operation flexibility and safety;

Varieties of auxiliary accessories are available to serve onsite operation.
