Welding Techniques

Applicable Materials
  • The submerged arc welding (SAW) welding technique is suitable for materials that are 6mm thick or more, commonly used with carbon steel and also capable of welding stainless steel.
  • Gas metal arc welding (GMAW), or MIG/MAG welding, are suitable for materials with a thickness of 3mm or more, including carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum plates.
