Vacuum Metallizing Furnace
Vacuum Heat Treatment Furnace
Our vacuum metallizing furnace is designed to enhance the corrosion resistance of metal components by infusing metal elements into their surfaces through aluminizing and heat treatment technologies. This process targets metal molecules of specific sizes, ensuring that only those capable of penetrating the workpiece surface are integrated, resulting in a durable and corrosion-resistant layer.
The metallizing process is conducted under vacuum or inert gas protection in a fully automated system, ensuring precision, consistency, and high-quality surface treatment comparable to conventional metallizing equipment.
