- Actual Output (kg/hr) = (Theoretical Output (kg/hr) / Material Bulk Density) × 1.2 Based on these calculations, choose the appropriate SCM model volumetric doser. Consider the bulk density and pellet size of the color masterbatch to ensure maximum processing capacity and control accuracy.
