Stabilized Soil Mixing Plant
Our WQ300 stabilized soil mixing plant is for making construction aggregates, it is structured with combined modules, featuring simple operation, convenient installation and transportation. It utilizes currently leading automatic control technology on metering aggregates, powder and water by industrial microcomputer, functioning automatic adjustment on compensation and automatic alarm. Aided with the turbine flow transducer, the water flow can be metered precisely.
It is configured with independent metering system for each kind of construction materials, performing with high precision and reliable property. Moreover, our mixing plant can record production accumulation data and it supports data query, printing and other management performance. It is available in simulating actual batching conditions dynamically and visually so as to improve aggregate batching precision and operation efficiency.
This stabilized soil mixing plant is an integral plant for blending base materials of the road continuously. It is suitable for manufacture of various well mixed stabilized base materials with precise batching proportion applied in common road, high grade highway including expressway, municipal road, playground, airport, wharf and other occasions.
Mainly depending on horizontal double shaft continuous mixer, this stabilized soil plant offers excellent mixing uniformity. The electric measuring system comes with high precision and reliable performance. Our mixing plant is able to mix four or five kinds of ingredients in different specifications to compound stabilized soil in diversified batching proportions. With 10 groups of formula reserved, it is convenient to select them automatically or manually. Additionally, construction ingredients are weighed by optimal belt scale or spiral scales that are extremely precise.
