Features
1. The tea bag filling sealing machine utilizes a stepping motor, allowing for a high bag making precision and an error less than 1 mm.
2. The controller provides Chinese and English operation languages, easy to operate.
3. Heat sealer independently seals four sides and the sealing temperature can be adjusted. Good thermal balance guarantees good seal quality and is suitable for various types of materials.
4. An intelligent photoelectric sensor is applied for precise positioning.

6. During packaging machine running, the packaging volume can be easily adjusted via the measuring cup. Thus, less material is wasted and higher efficiency is realized.
7. For film cutting, shear knife and rotating knife are offered. Both knifes contribute to fast cutting speed and the position can be freely adjusted.
8. The tea bag filling sealing machine is suitable for tea powders. Three-side seal and four-side seal are available.
9. According to customer's demands, ribbon coding machine is optional, which can print 1-3 lines of words, like date of manufacture and batch number.
