Silver Plated Wire
Ranging from 0.02mm to 6mm
Copper, copper alloy or other metal conductors with a silver coating
Silver-plated wire is made by coating copper, copper alloy, or other metal conductors with a layer of silver, which can then be further processed through drawing, annealing, and stranding to meet specific requirements. We offer silver-plated copper, alloy, copper-clad steel, and copper-clad aluminum conductors, with diameters ranging from 0.016mm to 4mm. The silver coating significantly improves electrical conductivity, thermal performance, corrosion resistance, and oxidation resistance at high temperatures. These properties make silver-plated wire particularly suitable for applications where low contact resistance and strong soldering performance are essential.
