Knurled shafts are used to support rotational movement, and feature a top that is diamond knurled. The knurled shaft is a high strength fastener with a wide application range, and is primarily used to transmit movement, torque, and bending processes. The knurled shaft shape is usually a metal rod with a variety of diameters, depending on where on the rod it is measured. All parts that will rotate in a machine are installed on the knurled shaft, and here at Gaoyi, we manufacture these shafts with a diameter range of 3 to 20mm. Materials used include brass, stainless steel, carbon and aluminum. All of our products conform to RoHS standards.
