Our roof fan, as a kind of ventilation equipment, is available in various types for different applications. You can choose the proper type according to the application, air pressure, and noise level. We use the CAD software to design and optimize our roof fan.

The SWF series mixed flow fan, as an efficient ventilation fan, has higher wind pressure coefficient and flow volume coefficient than axial flow fan. It is suitable for places where medium air pressure and flow volume are needed. Its capacity is just between axial flow fan and centrifugal fan. Besides, the installation is quite easy.

Our mixed flow fan combined the features of axial flow fan and centrifugal fan. However, judging from the appearance, this fan is more like a traditional axial flow fan.

1. Wide high-efficiency operation range
Our mixed flow fan is perfectly designed and optimized with CAD software. Because of the adoption of diagonal fan, its flow pressure is higher than that of a axial flow fan of the same size. Other advantages include large air volume, high efficiency, low noise, and wide high-efficiency operation range.

2. Compact structure, easy installation, and stable operation
This mixed flow fan is smaller than axial flow fan or centrifugal fan with same air volume and air pressure. It can directly connect to the air duct. The installation could be in horizontal type or vertical type, and the operation is also very convenient.

3. Low noise
The blades have been specially designed to significantly reduce the noise. On standard air volume and air pressure conditions, our mixed flow fan has 3-5dB lower noise than A sound level. At the same time, a relative higher air pressure can be achieved by a low working speed. In some industrial and mining enterprises, and civilian buildings, the fan can replace the low pressure centrifugal fan or high pressure axial flow fan without many sound adsorption measures.

4. Wide range of applications
Our mixed flow fan is available in two models, including constant speed model and adjustable speed model. For different applications, you can change the installation angle, blade number, and speed accordingly.
