1J85 Soft Magnetic Alloy
- 15018-1994
Referred also as permalloy, the 1J85 alloy is a high-density (8.75g/cm³) nickel-iron-molybdenum soft magnetic alloy. It features exceptional initial and maximum magnetic permeabilities, high saturation magnetic induction, and low coercivity. This metal alloy is effective in minimizing hysteresis loss, eddy current loss, and magnetostriction in low-intensity magnetic fields, making it highly responsive to weak signals. The austenitic nature of this type of soft magnetic alloy shows its structural and functional qualities.
Physical Properties Melting point: 1395℃~1425℃
Hardness: 130HB~240HB
