MRVS Series Speed Sensor

MRVS Series Speed Sensor
Request a Quote

The MRVS speed sensor is engineered to accurately detect the rotational speed and position (teeth and slots) of gears made from ferromagnetic materials. Encased in a durable metallic housing, this sensor employs advanced thin-film magnetoresistive technology. As the gear rotates, variations in the magnetic field alter the electrical resistance of the magnetoresistive element, providing precise detection of gear position and speed.

Features
  • Wide rotation speed detection range, up to 200,000 RPM
  • Durable metallic or plastic housing options available
  • Consistent signal amplitude independent of rotational speed
  • Built-in biasing magnet ensures precise sensing
  • Specifically designed for reliable performance in harsh environments.
  • Operating temperature customizable upon client request, up to 125℃
