In the production process, cast iron is melted using a medium frequency furnace, and the liquid cast iron obtained in this process is poured into a resin sand mold. After solidification, the semi-finished product is cleaned to remove sand, then coated with rust preventative oil. All products undergo strict size examinations, then inspection before heating. Finally, the finished product is packed in an air tight box.
