Tyre Granulator
Tyre granulator features a durable and cost-effective tyre shredding system. The rubber chips of 18mm-20mm are fed into the granulator by a vibratory feeder and are further shredded into 4mm×4mm rubber granules. Rubber springs are used to effectively reduce noise. The blades are made of high-alloy steel, providing high wear resistance and long service life, and can be repeatedly sharpened and reused. The top dual-door design facilitates easy blade replacement.
- Motor Power: 75kW
- Input Material:≤12mm×12mm rubber chips

With reliable power and precise control, the tyre granulator breaks rubber chips into granules for further processing and recycling.
- Durable and cost-effective tyre shredding system
- Rubber springs are used to keep the noise level below 70 dB.
- A newly designed hooked tooth blade separates steel wires from rubber granules more thoroughly, effectively reducing noise.
What measures are taken to reduce noise in waste tyre recycling equipment?
The use of newly designed hooked tooth blades for better separation of steel wires from rubber granules, as well as the utilization of rubber springs, effectively reduce noise.
What are the benefits of recycling rubber granules?
Currently, the prices of polymers and natural rubber are high. Therefore, rubber recycling has become an economic necessity rather than just an alternative. Rubber granules have various direct applications and can also be further processed. Shredded rubber chips are used as non-structural sound barrier fillings, edge drainage ditches, embankment fillings, and retaining wall fillings in highway construction.
