Cartridge Spray Booth
Powder recovery equipment is used for collecting the powder particles in the air which is discharged from the spray booth. It is divided into two types: cyclone separated type and pulse jet type. Multistage recovery device is used often in the actual production for separating. The powder recovery rate of this device is more than 97%, the recovered powder can be used again, so the spray booth recovery system complies with industrial hygiene requirements, the workshop production environment is guaranteed.
The cartridge spray booth is a manual electrostatic spray booth, it can spray all kinds of workpieces, as long as the size of the curing oven is reasonable. It is convenient to maintenance, the maintenance cost is low. With less floor space, it can applied to small batch manufacturing and mass production. However, when the manual electrostatic spray booth processes the same size of the workpieces in large quantities, it needs more labour between each step, it could not increase the output significantly or reduce labor costs greatly.
