Take-up Winder Motor (for Yarn Spinning)
In response to the increased market demands, Shanbo EM provides newly and independently developed motors particularly used in take-up winder of yarn spinning line. Based on our rich experience and professional expertise in motor designing and manufacturing, these motors are optimized in design through finite element analysis, making the magnetic field distributions more reasonable while guaranteeing high consistency between simulation and experimental results. Besides, we also fully consider energy saving and emission reduction, the premise is to ensure that the optimization satisfies the requirements of yarn spinning process. High grade cold rolled silicon steel is adopted to increase motor efficiency, which can reach up to 93%-95%, with improvements of precise dynamic balance, stable running at high speed, as well as greatly lowered noise level. Utilizing 3D structure simulation software enables the mechanical structure to be more reasonable. With the insulation class of H, these motors are suitable for working environment in chemical fiber plants.
