Transformer Core Alloy
Iron core is the main magnetic circuit in the transformer. Nanocrystalline material has outstanding comprehensive magnetic property, high saturation magnetic induction, high initial permeability, low Hc and low high-frequency loss under high magnetic induction, being excellent material for transformer core. The transformer with a iron core made of amorphous alloy strip is a new type of energy-saving transformer. Amorphous alloy core transformer has obvious performance of energy-saving and environmental protection, and it is a new generation of long-term product in distribution network.
OHMALLOY Material offers alloy materials with custom made alloy products, like resistance alloy wire, alloy bars, alloy rods, alloy strips, and sheets. We provide alloy strips with thicknesses ranging from 0.01mm to 3.5mm, alloy wire with a diameter range of 0.009mm to 12mm, alloy rod over 5mm in diameter, and alloy sheet with widths under 1000mm. Our factory is fully equipped with a casting and melting furnace to fully control the quality of the materials.
