Introduction
After milling, impurities in rice are mostly removed, including broken rice, bran balls and rice bran. The white rice graded sifter is then used to screen out qualified rice grains through a continuous screening through several circular sieves with different diameters.
The MMJX multilayer sieve white rice separator is equipped with multi-layer sieves, with 5 or 6 layer sieves with an output capacity as high as 8 to 10 t/h. It features a movement that revolves around the center of the sieve frame, and both the revolving speed and amplitude can be adjusted for easy operation.

Features
- The MMJX multilayer sieve white rice separator's multi-layer structure design ensures a better white rice classification and larger yield.
- After being screened by the first sieve, and because the 2nd and 3rd sieves feature a series structure, head rice can be chosen from white rice, making this equipment piece applicable to the performance of two sieving head rice processers, with a low broken rice rate.
- The enclosed sieve frame is equipped with a dust collecting device, which assists in keeping the working environment clean.
- The steel slings are used to hang the sieve in the four corners of the sieve box, therefore making operation smooth and stable.
