Introduction
After milling, impurities in rice are mostly removed, including broken rice, bran balls and rice bran. The qualified rice is then screened based on the sieve hole size in the rice grader, which allows the equipment to also be used for the classification of white rice.
The MMJP4 4-layer sieve white rice separator features a four layer sieve, including both an upper and bottom structure in order to reduce the floor space. A spring strut structure is also used, with the bottom layer features 3 spring struts that are connected to the upper sieve box. The mechanical left and right sides have 3 spring struts, giving the rice separator a balanced structure.
