Product Introduction
MQF5160TDYD5 is a multi-functional environmental sanitation vehicle characterized by the functions of dust fall, dust suppression, high pressure cleaning, watering and so forth. Matched with Chinese well-known brand Dongfeng chassis that conforms to Chinese National V Emission Standard, the truck is safe and reliable to operate.
It is mainly used for haze governance, dust removal, dust fall, summer cooling in city streets. Meanwhile, it can be used for dust suppression in industrial and mining enterprises and for insecticide spraying in public places and gardens, etc.
Features
1. With a truck-mounted 380V three generator set that conforms to Chinese National III Emission Standard, MQF5160TDYD5 dust control truck supplies the power with automatic voltage regulator, which could automatically adjust the output voltage of high voltage motor, without the manual regulation.
2. The cover of generator set takes effective measures of sound insulation and noise reduction to lower working noise.
3. The misting fan is more efficient with higher power and variable frequency start. It features compact structure, large wind volume and long wind supply distance, small atomized particles and wider spray cover area.
4. The control of the sprayer can be realized in two modes: Manual control and remote control. In addition, the sprayer can also be operated by the driver in the cab via a touch screen.
5. The sprayer can be rotated 90 degrees to left or to right by motor. The elevation angle can be adjusted accurately and effectively between -10 degrees and 45 degrees by the hydrocylinder.
6. The sprayer is equipped with an emergency stop button to ensure a safe and reliable operation.
7. With low pressure water system, the truck can realize front-watering, heavy flow water flushing from two opposite directions in the middle, low pressure rear mist spray and auxiliary water cannons.
8. The low pressure water system adopts self-suction double stage centrifugal pump and driven by self-priming chassis. The pneumatic control makes it safe and reliable.
9. The independent high pressure water system is equipped with automatic reel and manual high pressure spray gun, which can be used for vehicle cleaning and road cleaning.
10. Compared with other dust control trucks of same spray distance, our truck is characterized by smaller dust falling system and lower truck barycenter, which make the truck safer to drive.
11. The high pressure water system, water system of the dust falling system and water tank of MQF5160TDYD5 dust control truck are all made of stainless steel.
12. The truck uses imported spraying head with longer lifespan.
