The automatic paper and film laminating machine can be used for glue-less film lamination and pre-glued film lamination. Our machine realizes complete automation to paper feeding, lamination, paper cut, paper receiving and temperature control.

• The electrical and pneumatic devices are controlled by PLC (programmable control) system, and can be operated easily via touch screen.

• The film perforating wheel perforates film edge for the automatic cut of laminated paper.
• The water chiller fills ice water to the anti-curvature device and recycles the ice water. When going though the anti-curvature device, the laminated paper is leveled and cooled at once and won't curve again after cut.
• Pneumatic cutting system of the automatic paper and film laminating machine realizes automatic paper cut as long as the operator inputs the workable paper size on the touch screen.
• If the laminated paper doesn't need to be cut, it can be automatically winded by the air expansion shaft. The winding speed is adjustable.
• The auto paper collector is equipped with pat device stacks and tidies up cut paper. The patting frequency of the pat device is adjustable. The receiving table can rise and drop upon applications.
