Electric Diaphragm Control Valve
HG8400D series electric diaphragm control valve is made up of diaphragm valve and our linear electric actuator. The valve actuator features integral structure design, and has a built-in servo amplifier. Through inputting control signals (4-20mADC or 1-5VDC), it can be used to control the valve opening to realize pressure, flow and liquid temperature adjustment. It features fast response, large flow, small size, and high adjustment accuracy.
The electric diaphragm control valve features smooth flow path, and adopts elastic diaphragm as the flow control element. The valve deck comes without stuffing box. Due to these, the diaphragm valve has higher flow capacity than common control valves and features no leakage. Within allowable differential pressure range, the valve can be used as a stop valve.
This range of electric diaphragm control valve is applicable for high viscosity fluids, suspended particles, fibers, toxic mediums and corrosive mediums.
As a special style of stop valve, the membrane valve adopts steel valve clack and flexible diaphragm for flow control. The diaphragm is typically made using a composite material from rubber and fluoroplastic. The control valve also separates the valve body chamber and the valve deck chamber so as to cut off the flow in pipelines.
Features
1. While separating the lower valve body chamber from the valve deck chamber, the composite diaphragm also creates a direct flow path with the valve deck, so as to completely isolate valve rod, valve clack, etc. from the medium. The design eliminates the demand for stuffing box, and also avoids internal or external leakage of medium.
2. The diaphragm made from fluoroplastic and rubber composites and the fluoro rubber lined valve body make the electric diaphragm control valve compatible with various strongly corrosive mediums, excepting fluorine and molten alkali metals.
3. As the actuator element, the diaphragm is easy to break because of frequent opening and closing. Hence, it shall be periodically replaced according to the application environment and medium characteristics.
